Top-Metrology Pvt. Ltd. is a young company which started its operations in 2002. We are the manufacturers, exporters and importers of Micro Measure Profile Projections, used in non contact measurement options. Our specialized equipment is used in manufacturing units for the measurement of round objects, otherwise not possible in normal conditions. A major portion of our business comprises of the import markets with an admirable 40% import. Our USP lies in the refined modern techniques used in the manufacture of these sensitive equipments.

In the Micro-Measure H- 36 category, we have:
- Basic Profile Projector micro-measure H36 with a single objective 10X\20X\50X or 100 X and effective screen diameter of 360 mm for inspection
- Laser marked imported Matt screen glass with 360 degrees marking and with Vernier of least count of 2 mins.
- Contour light of Xenophot / Halogen of 150 watts X 24 volts with forced ventilation cooling with Instrument Blower
- Motorized focusing of the co-ordinate table with infinitely variable Speed Controller
Co-ordinate table products:
400x150 mm and 500x150 mm with Traverses of 150x75mm and 500x150 mm in 'X' and 'Y' (focusing axes) respectively and measurements through Electronic Encoders of 0.005/0.001 mm resolutions and with rapid feature on 'X' axis 'Z' measuring axis-100 mm.
Selection of Digital Read out system/Data processing system:
- Digital Read out system with radius/distance measurement feature and 'X' and 'Y' resetting feature with imported scales form RSF (group of Heidenhein-Germany) with 0.005 mm and 0.001 mm resolution
- Data processing system with automatic edge detection and computation to measureradius/ angles/ distances/ point/ perpendicular distance/ intersection, coordinates/ skew and polar coordinates with FAGOR Data Processor and 0.001 mm resolution electronic scales of RSF. Also with SOFTWARE IRIS-202 with CPU, monitor and printer with graphical card and input for CAD drawings and many additional software features.
