Top Metrology is an established company with more than 2 decades of experience in the field of Measuring Equipment. The President of the company, Mr. Ramakrishnan, is having an experience of more than 4 decades in the Industrial Sector with vast experience in the CNC Machine Tools Line, Production Line and also in the Service Setup. Mr. Ramakrishnan was with a German company Gildemeister as a Designer and later had more than 12 years experience in a senior level with Bharat Fritz Werner, Bangalore.
The Key Products are OptoScan Brand of Profile Projectors, Optomeasure Brand of Video Vision and Multi Sensor Measuring Systems. The products are used in all types of Engineering Industries from Needle Manufacturing Industry to Automotive Industry. They are CE marked for export to the European Market and are also certified for Uncertainty Level 3+/- L/55 by University of Frankfurt, Germany. We are one of the few Certified Companies in the International Market with Uncertainty Level being certified.
PRODUCTS
We are the Manufacturer and Exporter of Profile Projectors, Video Vision Systems and other Measuring Equipments of various types.
Profile Projectors include Table Top Models like V30/V46/V40 and Floor Models like V50/V60/V80/V100 with Screen diameters varying from 30 CM for V30 and going up to 100 CM for V100.
Measuring Systems include a simple Micrometer operated Table of 170 x 170 mm size and go up to 400 x 375 mm for the Table Top Models which is up to a screen diameter of 400 mm and further with bigger size of 750 x 300 mm on Floor Models up to V100.
Measurements are possible with Digital Read Out Systems which is capable of measuring Radius/Diameter, Centre Distance, Electronic Angular Protractor, Pitch Measurements of Threads, Inch/mm Conversion of Measured Values, Absolute and Incremental values and also Variable Resolution Setting of Scales from 0.0005 mm to 0.010 mm by software.
KEY FEATURES
Lenses for magnification like 10X, 20X, 25X, 50X and 100X are of high resolution type and telecentric nature with distortion level less than 0.05%.
Focusing is done without any strain to the operator in all Profile Projectors with power, through a variable Speed Motor. Dual Optic Fiber Lamp gives a clarity of Surface Lights on these equipments, and further low heat generation due to lower power of lamps used.
Built-in Modular type of DRO which can be exchanged and upgraded at any future time to Data Processor which can be of Computerised Type with PC and Monitor or with Built-in TFT Monitor type Data Processor of the Auto Edge Sensing Type which works with Optic Fiber Cables to measure Geometric Parameters of the Engineering sector. All types of Accessories and Comparison Charts are available to cater to the needs of customers.
INFRASTRUCTURE
All items connected with the Products are manufactured in our Plant and literally no items are off-loaded. CNC machines are engaged to manufacture these items in the plant to ensure quality and accuracy levels. In-plant measurements for manufactured components are done by CMM, Video Vision Systems, Profile Projectors and other measuring instruments and these inspection equipments are imported from Germany.
